By accessing or using QSECS services you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Quantum Security Solutions LLC ("QSECS").
QSECS provides cybersecurity services including corporate security training, compliance consulting (SOC2, ISO 27001/27002/42001, FedRAMP, GovRAMP), and Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT). All services are subject to a separate Statement of Work or Service Agreement governing deliverables, timelines, and fees.
All VAPT and assessment services require written authorization from the system owner prior to commencement. The client represents and warrants that it has legal authority to authorize testing of all in-scope systems. Unauthorized testing is strictly prohibited, and QSECS is not liable for consequences arising from testing systems not explicitly authorized in the Rules of Engagement.
QSECS maintains strict confidentiality over all client information, findings, and engagement details, and all personnel sign comprehensive non-disclosure agreements. Assessment reports contain sensitive vulnerability information and must be treated as confidential by the client. Standard mutual NDA obligations apply per individual engagement agreements.
All methodologies, proprietary tools, training materials, and report templates developed by QSECS remain our intellectual property. Deliverables created specifically for a client engagement are provided for the client's internal use. Neither party may use the other's trademarks without written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QSECS's liability arising out of any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid for that specific engagement, and QSECS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under JAMS rules, or in the courts of [County], [State] if arbitration is not elected.
QSECS may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to active clients via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
